Unlike the Dedica, which was made of hand fashioned sheet steel according to the processes used previously to produce customer vehicles, this show car featured a body made entirely of carbon fibre, providing a tangible illustration of the quality and properties of these materials in applications of this type. This show car made its official debut at the Turin Motor Show of 1998, where it was tested by many reporters who published articles about it. Then it was transferred to the premises of several automotive manufacturers to be examined and assessed by the competent department.
