The car shown in the pictures (renderings) below is the newest supercar vision which comes from Brazil. Named Rossin-Bertin after its instigators Natolino Bertin, Jr and Fharys Rossin the Vorax supercoupe is planned for a BMW M5 5-liter V10 power. Two versions are intended for this model: naturally aspirated 570 hp and supercharged developing 750 hp at maximum. A claimed weight of the automobile that features carbon fibre body and aluminium chassis is only 1300 kg (2866 lbs) what enables a top-class 0-100 acceleration in 3.8 seconds for the first version and 3.6 seconds for the second one. Accordingly, estimated the top speed is 330 km/h (205 mph) and 372 km/h (231 mph). The company will premiere the car at the Sao Paulo Auto Show 2010 (which starts on the 27th October). The production of the Vorax will start in Blumenau, Brazil in late 2011 or early 2012. A proposed price tag is around $410,000. Rossin-Bertin expects to sell from 500 to 1000 examples of their new supercoupe. More information may be published later. Stay tuned!
