In 2002, Nissan will expand its product lineup by entering the mini-vehicle market. Its first entry in this segment, the Moco will be supplied by Suzuki Motor Corporation, however will have a distinctive Nissan look.
The Moco combines a stylish design with a comfortable interior.
Targeted married women in their 20s-30s, it is an ideal car for active mothers when going places with their children.
Stylish exterior design
The exterior is styled in an advanced, elegant monoform design. Many Nissan design cues give the Moco a distinct look and convey a high-quality image.
Interior spaciousness
The Moco has generous interior spaciousness for a mini-vehicle. Fitted with sliding rear seats, it is roomy enough that a child riding in a child seat can kick his or her legs about without reaching the front seatbacks.
The ignition key has a handsome plastic case to house the remote control entry system.
Powertrain
The displacement of all alloy DOHC engine is 660-cc and it is naturally aspirated. The drive configuration is FWD. It is equipped with a 4-speed automatic transmission with a steering column-mounted shifter.
