The Hoppenstand was an aluminum microcar that was manufactured in Greenville, PA. It had a 2-cylinder engine linked to an unusual hydraulic transmission, both of which were built by the company. Top speed was 80 km/h (50 mph), and three body styles were offered - a coupe, roadster and convertible. Only a handful were built before the company went out of business.
