Duquesne Motorcar Company was an automobile manufacturer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that operated briefly from 1912 to 1913. The company produced large assembled cars, primarily powered by Wisconsin engines. The initial model featured a 50-horsepower four-cylinder engine, which was notable for its robust performance.

In 1913, Duquesne announced an even larger model equipped with a six-cylinder Wisconsin engine, boasting a displacement of nearly 8 liters and a wheelbase of 133 inches (3380 mm). However, production of both models was limited, and very few units were manufactured during the company's short existence. Frank Morse, the chief engineer of Duquesne, had previously co-founded the Wisconsin Motor Manufacturing Company and later went on to develop the Morse cyclecar.
