In 1977, Michel Boucard built a unique prototype using a blend of parts from various vehicles. The car featured a rear axle from a Simca 1200S and a front axle from a Renault 8. Its engine and transmission were also sourced from the Simca coupé, with the engine block being cooled by a fan mounted at the front. The chassis was constructed from a rear beam and a trellis of original design, while the bodywork, made of laminated polyester, was entirely new.

Weighing just 650 kg, the car was equipped with braking provided by four disc brakes. It incorporated several mass-produced components, including a Triplex windshield from a Matra Jet, headlights from a Ford Capri, lights from a Peugeot J7, reversing lights from a Simca 1200S, and indicators from a Simca 1000. Inside, it boasted two new bucket seats, a dashboard outfitted with 1200S instruments, and Simca air conditioning and a fan.
