Peter Collorafi, an Australian car designer, and his son Justin built a reputation modifying GM vehicles, including styling packages for the Pontiac GTO and Holden Monaro, before establishing Revenge Designs Inc. In October 2007 the company went public on the Pink Sheets under the ticker RVGD and purchased its own production facility later that year.
