Excalibur Cars was a British automobile manufacturer based in West Looe, Cornwall, that operated from 1985 to 1996. The company initially produced vehicles that closely resembled the Bonito, utilizing a Volkswagen Beetle floorpan. However, it soon transitioned to developing a unique chassis designed to accommodate components from the Ford Cortina.

The Excalibur featured a distinctive 2-1-2 seater configuration with a fiberglass body that incorporated a steel frame for enhanced roll protection. In 1992, the company expanded its offerings by introducing models powered by the Rover V8 engine, including open-topped variants that came with a folding and detachable roof. Throughout its production run, Excalibur Cars focused on creating niche vehicles that combined elements of classic design with modern engineering.
