Tecno Montecarlo was a short-lived late-2010s revival brand that combined Montecarlo Automobile, the Monaco sports-car maker founded by Fulvio Maria Ballabio in 1983, with the historic Italian Tecno racing name of the Pederzani brothers. Contemporary material described the marque as having been created in December 2016 from the union of those two automotive identities. It presented itself as a low-volume constructor of specialty grand touring and competition-derived cars, continuing Montecarlo Automobile’s long-standing association with carbon-fibre construction and Alfa Romeo-based powertrains.
Its known models included the Tecno-Montecarlo Nanni Galli edition shown in 2018 and 2019 as a tribute to the former Tecno driver. Period sources also linked a Finnish Tecno Racing presence to the Nanni Galli edition in 2018–2019, suggesting a brief export or commercial arm rather than a separate manufacturer. Available evidence indicated that Tecno Montecarlo remained a boutique, project-based operation with very limited output, and the marque appears to have faded after its 2018–2019 public appearances.
