1973 Opel Black Widow - AllCarIndex

As production of the GT ceased in 1973, designers actively worked on a potential replacement. This elegant 2+2 coupe code-named “Black Widow”, photographed in the courtyard of Opel Design during an evaluation, could have succeeded it. Due to the first oil crisis, the project was abandoned and never went public.
