Stoneleigh

1912-1924

Stoneleigh Motors Ltd was actually part of Armstrong-Siddeley- the company didn't want to cheapen their name and reputation by selling a cheap utility car, hence the name change. The Stoneleigh featured a central driving position with passengers sitting each side of and slightly behind the driver. A conventional offset driving position appeared in 1924.
