In the spring of 1980, Chevy Studio had taken their '82 Camaro clay model out to the Design patio for a review of front facia designs. Among the numerous proposals presented, this particular one was not chosen for production. Decisions were made regarding its suitability, leaving the question of whether it was the correct choice unanswered.
